january 2010 : a new website (based on SPIP) will soon arrived to replace this one... With it, I will regroup my research webpages with my new webpages for the students
september 2009 : I am back in France. I am now Maître de Conférences (Associate Professor) at the University Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris 6, teaching in the engineering school Polytech'Paris-UPMC. I am doing my researches in the Pequan team (PErformances and QUality of Numerical Algorithm)
october 2008: I'm just beggining a postdoc position at the Vienna University of Technology, on an austrian research project from the National Research Network "Signal and Information Processing in Science and Engineering".
The project I am with is intitled "Design Methodology" and its aim is to take into considerations the implementation aspects (numerical accuracy, implementation cost, communication cost) during the design stage of distributed (over a given network) signal processing algorithms.
september 2008: I spent 3 months in Tsukuba (Japan) with Jean-Luc Beuchat. We worked on arithmetic operators on FPGA (modular multiplication with 1024 bits). In addition to a great scientific experience, it was a great human one (please, see my blog and pictures).
2008/02/02: I will work 3 month (June to August) at Tsukuba (Japan), with Jean-Luc Beuchat (Laboratory of Cryptography and Information Security, University of Tsukuba) on hardware arithmetic operators.
2007/09/08 : I am teaching assistant at IUT de Lannion in the Computing Science and Physical Measures departments. I am still working on my research topic in R2D2 team.
2007/01/06: my works on the fixed-point implementation (PhD thesis and postdoc) take place now in a MATLAB toolbox, the Finite Wordlength Toolbox (FWR Toolbox), still in development
2006/09/15: I'm beginning a postdoc in R2D2 team (Reconfigurable and Retargetable Digital Devices) of IRISA lab on "Evaluation of the fixed-point precision in automotive control"
2006/07/19 : Done! I have defended and I'm doctor... You can find here my PhD thesis.
2006/06/08: I will defend my PhD dissertation Thursday the 8th of June 2006 at 10:30am, in Amphitheater S of IRCCyN, on École Centrale's site.
